The way our lifestyles have evolved have presented a variety of new challenges that can have an adverse effect on our health. Being on the go and under pressure, sitting for long periods of time to eating processed foods around the clock, there are several ways our daily habits can contribute to chronic diseases. These lifestyle habits put pressure on different systems in our body contributing to symptoms of fatigue, digestive imbalances and immune system dysfunction. At the Functional Nutrition Clinic we take time to listen to your concerns as we take your health history to determine a timeline of events that contributed to your problem. We use evidence based Nutritional protocols, coupled with therapeutic protocols like breathwork, mindfulness, and exercise, to help you restore your wellbeing.
