Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy, Wellness Coach

I’m a certified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, Homeobotanical Herbal Therapist and Live Blood Analyst.  I am a Master NLP Practitioner and Senior Trainer with Robbins Research International where I have learnt how to use Human Needs Psychology to help people overcome unconscious behavioural patterns to breakthrough their limiting barriers and achieve better emotional states and wellbeing.

I have been working in the field of wellbeing since 2005 working initially as an NLP Coach.  I love learning and am continuously learning different disciplines in the science of wellbeing.  I am a huge advocate of evidence-based medicine as it continues to unravel the wonders of human biology.  I am also a big advocate of ancient wisdoms such as Ayurveda that hold the essence of individualism and connects our wellbeing to the environment we live in and the choices we make.  We are individual which is seen in our different personalities, shapes, sizes and cultural background.

Over the past 18 years I have looked at the microscopic blood of literally thousands of people from all walks of life, from every diet under the sun.  I have seen patterns of functional imbalance show up nearly every single time.

My journey into Nutrition was led by my own health challenges following a traumatic event which led to auto-immune thyroiditis.  With regular palpitations, exhaustion, aches and pains, emotional swings, digestive discomfort, I had to dig deep to really understand the driver of my condition and look at the food I was eating and my emotional state to help me get better.  The condition challenged my pre-conceived beliefs about food and generalised nutritional protocols which I then believed to be the best in the world.   Understanding our individual nature, life stage, environment and lifestyle all play a role in our health and more importantly help us choose the right food for our stage of life.

I have learnt so much along the way on the best practices from what to eat and how to be and what really works.   Our physical, mental, and spiritual aspects are all important for the health of the whole.  I have learnt that to remain healthy we need to adapt and be fluid with the choices we make and not get stuck with any single protocol.  It’s important to be able to adapt our nutrition and lifestyle to the different situations we encounter and through our different life stages.

I really do hope we get a chance to meet!
