Grilled Salmon with Salsa

  • 4 salmon fillets (4-6 oz each)

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and brush them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

  3. Place the salmon on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced avocado, red onion, chopped cilantro, diced jalapeño, lime juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

  5. Serve the grilled salmon with the avocado salsa on top.
