Berry & Banana Smoothie Bowl

Macros:

  • Calories: 364

  • Protein: 10g

  • Fat: 8g

  • Carbohydrates: 66g

  • Fiber: 13g

  • Sugar: 26g

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Toppings of your choice: sliced banana, fresh berries, granola, nuts, seeds, etc.

Directions:

  1. Add the frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, almond milk, rolled oats, chia seeds, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

  4. Top with your favourite toppings, such as sliced banana, fresh berries, granola, nuts, or seeds.
