  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Toppings of your choice: sliced banana, fresh berries, granola, nuts, seeds, etc.


  1. Add the frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, almond milk, rolled oats, chia seeds, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
